Many people fast today and there are different types of fast. One might do a complete fast, as partial fast or a hybrid of both. A very popular fast for Christians is the Daniel Fast. Before one embarks upon a fast, consideration should be taken as to the purpose of the fast. Is it to diet or really make a change. We need to explore the matter of the Acceptable Fast.
