Wisdom Wednesday! Vision or Faith? What Leaders Need

A leader with vision has the power to anticipate that which may, or may not occur and plan accordingly.  A leader with faith believes that they have done all they can do and do not anticipate anything going wrong.  There is a mindset out there that says we should either pray or worry but do not do both.  Today we discuss the difference between vision and faith.  We will examine our own behavior and decide for ourselves which of the two most closely explains our leadership style.  Join us for the conversation!  Feel free to call in with your examples or stories of how either had helped or hindered progress on your leadership journey!
