Many of us enjoy the reality TV series “Sister Wives,” which follows the life of a polygamous Mormon family in Utah. Meanwhile, some who have actually lived this Mormon fundamentalist reality, fail to find this lifestyle entertaining. Susanna Barlow is the 23rd child of 46 children raised in a Mormon fundamentalist home. Her memoir, “What Peace There May Be,” discusses growing up while suffering abuse in her polygamous family in Utah, where her isolated life proved to be a breeding ground for abuse. Susanna will be a guest on the show to discuss growing up Mormon and how she struggled to reconcile her desire to escape and her need to belong.
