Ms. Loide Rosa Jorge is an Immigration attorney practicing within the DC metropolitan area, she is also the Chair of the Commission on African Affairs for DC Mayor's Office on African Affairs, and when off the clock she has made it a personal commitment to educate under served and underrepresented immigrant populations within the DMV on the basics of US immigration law. Ms. Jorge will discuss on, the impact and implications of President Obama's recent directive - where he set guidelines for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to implement prosecutorial discretion in providing DREAMers an alternate status.
