In the late 1970s / early 80s, a group of bountiful 5 Percenters and students of the Firstborns from Medina (Brooklyn), Harlem (Mecca) and Pelan (The Bronx) would form an expanding nucleus within the 5% that became known as "The Bey Cipher" that along with the Wisdom of the Lessons of Allah and the Hon. Elijah Muhammad included the Moorish Science of the Prophet Noble Drew Ali.

At a crossroads, these Brothers were summoned to go out with their knowledge and help build on the understanding, programs and services originally instituted by Prophet Noble Drew Ali, C.M. Bey and help resurrect the Asiatic Original Nation utilizing the wisdom of the 5%, the Moorish Science and "The Clock of Destiny."
