  "All Things Phantom" - HD Kingsbury, Author

  A Phantom of the Opera romance by Kathleen A Jones, writing as H D Kingsbury. “The Opera ghost really existed. He was not, as was long believed, a creature of the imagination of the artists, the superstition of the managers, or a product of the absurd and impressionable brains of the young ladies of the ballet, their mothers, the box-keepers, the cloak-room attendants or the concierge. Yes, he existed in flesh and blood, although he assumed the complete appearance of a real phantom; that is to say, of a spectral shade.” So wrote a journalist named Gaston Leroux. In "Variations on a Theme of Leroux," the author takes this tale of Gothic romance and puts it on its head. Within the pages of this book, you will find a story of romance, suspense and passion, but with a twist. It is the Phantom’s story as it might truly have been. Afterward, lets talk Susan Kay, since this is our last author guest for some time. We're trying to get her to the show, but have been unsuccessful. We'll keep at it!

She has written a two books regarding The Phantom of the Opera that looks into Erik's private world and intimate thoughts, and there are six more books on the way.   "All Things Phantom" - Halloween Show!!!

  All Things Phantom is dedicating this show to the infamous Gaston Leroux, who penned the story that started your obsession, Le Fantôme de l'Opera, published in 1910. The 100th anniversary of the publication is a big deal, so bring your vast knowledge of the man and join us for Halloween. Scorp will be joining us all the way from the U.K. live to talk about his www.phantomslair.com and his insight into Phantom. He posts on Twitter insightful information and pictures of Leroux, plus newspaper clippings. He's even had dinner with Gaston Leroux's granddaughter! So dig out your Phantom masks for Halloween, slip them on, log on, and have fun!
