If you are interested in leading a healthier lifestyle, that is the aim of this show! As a health consultant I come across lots of information that you can use to your advantage and that will help you lead a healthier lifestyle. Wow! My arms have been killed by his workout! No I'm not kidding my arms and shoulders are burning right now. But I know that when my muscles are buring I'm burning tons of calories. So if your muscles are sore and burning like mine are right now, just keep telling yourself that you are burning calories and reshaping your boring muscles into something extra special.
Today I gave Billy a try. And yes I can say my husband picked a great video for me to try out. Yesterday was our 1 year anniversary so he got me 2 new workout videos by Billy Blanks. Who wants boring paper for their 1st year anyways? Man he is no joke, but I already knew that. Now, I do not have the new bands that he uses now, so I had to use my 3lb weights, you can chage up workouts to meet your needs in case you did not think so. So instead of using 1 lb resistance bands I went with my 3 lbs. The focus for today was upper body and toning of the abs. Tomorrow I'll do some cardio in addition to my dog walks and maybe 10 mins of ab work. Then on Wens. I'll work on lower body exercises and more toning with some cardio. So if you are one who gets bored easily, try some new workout videos and if you have cable, try looking at your Exercise on demand channel. Ladies, there is even dancing on there! Well it's time to go hydrate myself and finish cleaning up after Christmas. So my tip for the day is to try something new. And even if you don't have all the right things to use for the workouts you see in the video, try variations of the moves to get the same effect! Good luck and have a great workout!
