Native Canadian and former junior college transfer in second and final season at Baylor… Named preseason All-Big 12 first-teamer by Blue Ribbon... Has squatted 570 pounds, benched 425... Drafted fourth overall in May 2010 CFL Canadian Draft by hometown B.C. Lions, Watkins has excelled and has made a solid impression thus far during Senior Bowl Week. Never played high school football he was playing hockey and rugby and after high school he was a fireman in Canada for close to three years.
