Justin Cole was called in to play in the 2010 Senior Bowl after Schofield O’Brien left Mondays practice with a torn ACL injury. Cole was named 2009 All-WAC Second Team voted on by the coaches. After red-shirting in 2005 Cole’s next two seasons he played at defensive end where he earned Freshman All-America recognition from The Sporting News. The last two years Justin has moved to outside linebacker and will remind many of Jason Taylor of the Miami Dolphins. His father is Gregg Cole who played in the NBA for the Phoenix Suns, so that coveted athletic gene lies with in Justin. Gaylord Sports Management’s Ken Sarnoff told NFL Draft Bible that “He is a tremendous athlete and terrific young man”. The response is ditto from our end as well, long after we ended our recording we sat and talked about his future and he really is a bright young man with an even brighter future. Join host Bo Marchionte at the 2010 Senior Bowl with San Jose State’s Justin Cole.
