Join Alicia and her special guest, renowned Saxophonist Minister Merlon Devine as they discuss the program topic: Against All Odds.  Learn how Merlon overcame health challenges, doubts, naysayers, etc. to rise to the top of his profession and ordained calling.  He is anointed and appointed by God to play skillfully and prophetically upon his instrument for the purpose of ushering others into the presence of God through an atmosphere changing anointing.  He was inspired to play the saxophone at the age of 6, despite being diagnosed at birth with severe asthma.  Through prayer and faith, he received a miraculous healing from asthma and began to play the saxophone at the age of 12.  This testimony blesses multitudes of people and encourages them to believe the report of the Lord!

Since that time, God has given him many opportunities to bless others with his gift.  He’s displayed his smooth saxophone skills on two recordings of long time Gospel Jazz Keyboardist Ben Tankard and worked with Keyboardist Bruce Allen of the Gospel Instrumental Duo Allen & Allen and many others. He has appeared as a musical guest on several national television programs.
