Als Advice

Hello, nice to meet you. My name is Alex. I am a college student of 20 years young. I have a multitude of different hobbies such as reading, writing short fiction works, playing video games, and studying spiritual practices, religions, and other beliefs. I love talking to others. I am very friendly and compassionate. When I was ten I was removed my biological family to be placed in foster care. From there, I was put in a wonderful home and here I have stayed for the past 11 years. While here, I have learned what is to be at peace with the world around me as well as how to deal with the struggles of daily life. With the aid of friends and family (foster family and biological) alike I am able to be the person that I am today. It is here I would like to thank them for giving me the strength, knowledge, and compassion to get me where I am today. We stand together as we learn and grow from each other. I was born with a disability known as Cerebral Palsy or CP for short. Many people see this as a disadvantage in my life and perhaps to some extent it is in all honesty, but what people don't see is the gift that it has brought me. It has taught me such things has humility, compassion, strength, and given me the sight to see the true light of potential to change or lives into what we wish them to be for our best and highest good. This light comes from the instruments known as our hearts, and it is that instrument that becomes blocked my a sea of questions, helplessness, and disconnection with yourself. It is when we are empowered; true to our own nature and honest that brings our dreams into reality and makes our lives complete. I can assist in this task if you allow me into your life. I can give you the fishing pole, but it is you that must be patient with yourself and learn the way of the water in this ocean we call life, if you wish to catch the fishes of your dreams.
