Proclomation of Citizens Arrest Warrant on Susie Shannon

Susie Shannon of Tampa who is responsible for kicking out almost the entire colored populace of the West Tampa Occupy camp last year, was issued a citizens arrest warrant today in Tampa at a Trayvon rally. The New Black Panther Party has not confirmed the arrest warrant, but our group, Los Indignados de Tampa y Ybor (the indignant ones of Tampa and Ybor in Spanish) is issuing it.
