Tonight in Las Vegas, Nevada the UFC presents its annual year end event. UFC 168 promises to be one of the more talked about fight cards in recent history. The main event and co main event are both rematches with Chris Weidman defending his UFC middleweight title against Anderson Silva and Ronda Rousey taking on Miesha Tate in a battle for Rousey's UFC women's bantamweight championship.

UFC welterweight Tyron Woodley is the perfect example of how hard work and persistence will get you what you want. After Matt Brown was injured, the UFC moved Carlos Condit from the UFC on Fox 9 card to UFC 171, but he still had no opponent. Woodley texted and tweeted Dana White telling him how badly he wanted that fight and lo and behold he got it. The two will meet in the co-main event with a potential title shot on the line.

Woodley is also one of the best fighters in the business when it comes down to breaking down other fighters bouts. He offers a very unique point of view and is very intelligent, well spoken and precise when offering up his opinions. The American Top Team trained fighter will help us break down the fights that are taking place tonight.

Also joining us will be James Lynch an MMA journalist who writes for TSN in Canada and also co-hosts "The Parting Shot Podcast" on TSN 1290 Radio. You can follow Lynch on Twitter @LynchonSports.

Mitch & I will kick things off at 7pm EST.
