This week on Alchemist Radio we will air on Wednesday at 7pm EST. We've got another great show scheduled featuring two Bellator champions and an up and coming UFC middleweight.

Cincinnati native Daniel Straus took on Pat Curran nearly two weeks ago at Bellator 106 and after 25 minutes the 29-year-old stood in the center of the cage with a big smile on his face as Bellator CEO Bjorn Rebney wrapped the featherweight title around his waist. The victory improved Straus's record to 22-4 and evened up the series between Curran and Straus to 1-1. Back in April of 2009 Curran defeated Straus by 2nd round KO at a regional show in Illinois.

UFC middleweight Lorenz Larkin was at one time scheduled to face Luke Rochold for the Strikeforce middleweight strap. In fact it was set to happen a year ago this month, but Rockhold got injured and Strikeforce was shut down. Larkin is now in the UFC and is currently 1-1 with a win over Chris Camozzi & a close decision loss to Francis Carmont.

For nearly a year Eddie Alvarez was uncertain about his future, he didn't know where, when or who he' be fighting nor did he know what promotion he'd be a part of. Thankfully the legal matters were settled and Alvarez got a rematch with the man who defeated him two years ago and took the Bellator lightweight title from him, Michael Chandler. The two battled back and forth for five rounds and although the decision wasn't very popular, Alvarez walked away with a split decision victory. All three judges scored it 48-47, two giving Alvarez the nod and the one going with Chandler. The duo will likely meet in a winner take all bout sometime in 2014.

Reed Kuhn will join us along with Twitter's very own Front Row Brian who is in Las Vegas as we speak to watch UFC 167. We'll go over the GSP-Johny Hendricks bout as well as many other fights that will take place this Saturday night.

Tune in at 7pm EST!
