Alan Draven was born the same year Stephen King's Carrie was published. He lives in Montreal, Quebec, Canada with his wife, their Greyhound and their two cats. He has written over 400 poems, hundreds of film and book reviews, and a dozen short stories. His stories have been published in the Darkened Horizons anthology, as part of Amazon Shorts, and in audio format on Dreadtime Stories. BITTERNEST is his first novel.
