The Kicking It With Tony gang kicks off 2013 with our first guests of the new year-stand-up comic John DiBellis and character actor Richard Portnow. 

Not only is DiBellis a comedian, he was a staff writer for late-night television shows "Saturday Night Live," "The Tonight Show," "Politically Incorrect," and "D.C. Follies.” 
He wrote and directed "The Last Request," a feature film starring Danny Aiello, T.R.Knight, and Mario Cantone. 
He also wrote for comedic legends Rodney Dangerfield, Johnny Carson, David Letterman, Gabe Kaplan, Elayne Boozler, Billy Crystal, and Joe Piscopo.
He was supervising producer of the ACE Award winning "Joe Piscopo Special" on HBO,  wrote and directed, "The Last Request," a feature film starring Danny Aiello and T.R.Knight.
He's the author of the book, Standup Guys:A Generation of Laughs.

This Brooklyn native is a veteran of stage, film and television. His list of credits include appearances on the critically acclaimed series "EZ Streets" (1996); "Seinfeld" (1990); "Mad About You" (1992); Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman" (1993); "Walker, Texas Ranger" (1993); "NYPD Blue" (1993), among other numerous shows.
Portnow will gives us the inside scoop of working with such notables, and tell us about his latest project.
