Wow, that's a long comment! But thank you! I'd start Marshawn Lynch, Matt Forte and Jamal Lewis simply because they are entrenched as their teams starter AND #1 goal line option. Of those guys to drop, I would actually drop Ahman Green because he hasn't shown to be effective in the zone blocking and will eventually lose carries to Steve Slaton.

The Average Joe Fantasy Show started a few years ago by a couple of kids in South Central Minnesota. Since then AJSS has been home to a whos-who of sports such as: LaDanian Tomlinson, Kobe Bryant and many others.

Aftershocks 9/16/08—Michael Schottey NFL Correspondent/Senior Writer
Last time I wrote in this space I attempted to cure the lagging illness in this sports society that believes Carson Palmer is an elite quarterback. Now? Repeat after me: “The Jets are 1-1 and Brett Favre has been outplayed by Chad Pennington and Matt Cassel.” It’s true! The cult of personality around Brett Favre is outrageous. Favre is 9th in the NFL in passer rating. Aaron Rodgers is 5th…Packer fans are fine with Aaron Rodgers and should continue to be (silently waiting for Packer fans to crucify at first speed bump)

Good morning tekkies! Welcome to this week’s installment of Rumblings, from your lovely friends at Drafttek.com. It’s been a rough week at Rumblings headquarters the Richter scale has been off the charts but we’ll muddle though this and hopefully we’ll all enjoy ourselves.
This week’s Rumblings is brought to you by the letter “I” for Ike. Yes, in the first time in nearly a decade that someone not named Tina had to run from someone named Ike, Hurricane Ike smashed into the Texas coast causing the residents of Galveston and Houston to flee. Word to Fantasy Football players out there: If you are starting anyone from Houston/Ravens…the game was moved to November 9th (so they won’t be worth any points).
