Are you a specialist or and expert in what you do? Do people have a clear definition of what to expect when they come to you for your services? Are you messages all over the board or are they very sighted and focused? Sure there is the fear that if we get narrow scoped on what we want to do that naturally we will deflect some of the regular business. But is it possible that we will become more well known at what it is we truly thrive in? I challenge agents all the time to figure out who their "perfect client" is. Who is your perfect client? Do you know?
