Things that make you go hmm  

Ok i am on a new rant people. This one is not about anything of value what so ever. It is something that i enjoy.
I love movies. They are a distraction from the realities of life. Most people use alcohol and drugs. I use X-men and poseidon.
Let me tell you about a few things that drive me nuts about movies. If someone could make a movie with all these things removed i would definitely go see it.

Horror movies:
Is there a reason why the most disliked person in the horror movie cannot survive? He's an ass he's cunning and he screws everyone over. Isnt that how life works?  The squeeky wheel gets the grease in our society so why cant the biggest jerk get the win in movies? It's always some chick or a kid or the nicest person in the movie ( wassup with that?
Does  everyone have to investigate the noise  in the room or the basement by themselves? Ok You are 5'1 woman about 80lbs.  A large chunk of your friends have been killed off (usually the guys)  You suddenly hear a noise  in the basement and you do what? Go down to take a look holding a plunger. Woo hoo yeah you invoke fear in the mass murder downstairs. What a dumbass!! i hate movies like that. Get a gang of chicks with you then you may have a chance of bitching him to death!!

Action movies:
Why in all karate movies does the main guy have 50 guys surrounding him but somehow manages to figh them one at a time? What the hell are the other guys doing taking a number and taking a seat? Jump the main guy and end the movie already!!!! Teach these kids who watch jackie chan that if you are surrounded by 50 guys your ass will get kicked 50 freaking times!!
Bad guy 101. When you are the bad guy there are a few things  that can speed up the process of eliminating your advesary. First YOU DONT HAVE TO COCK A GUN!! guns are designed to be fired without cocking. ergo the trigger!!  You simply shoot and bam! No need to alert the good guys to your presence. Next when did it suddenly become so important to have a long conversation before killing your enemy? You didnt have a long conversation killing while the other 10 people you wacked. why this one? Are you waiting for him to get free so he can kick your butt?

Sci - Fi

Does a monster always have to look like a monster? Why can he loook like tom cruise or Pamela andersen? It kinda gives a bad message to people. that only ungly people can be monsters. I had a girl friend once. Beautiful girl but scares me  more than any creature put on T.V. She was truly the ani-christ. Put her in a movie and lets see what happens!!!

Love Story
does all love stories have to have a happy ending.? Considering the reality of the world. Most people have an semi - ok ending with the possiblity of  at least dinner. It gives the illusion that two people from opposite sides of the coin can be much better than about a billion miserable people. I think a love story should end with gun shots or a prenupt.

Reality movies:
Boyz in the hood, Get rich or die trying - those types of movies. Ok let me get into racial 101 here. All black people dont start off running the streets. All black people neighborhoods dont have a drive by shooting sign sitting on the corner. Every black guy doesnt have a gun and all black guys dont want to leave where they are for a better life. Some of us are doing just fine thank you. My reality is fine as it is i dont need to see the suffering of others to make me feel good.

Comedies
One of the only things taht stupid stuff makes since.  You cant beat a good comedy.  It can be everything. So from this point. I have no issues with comedies. Unfortunately there are not many of them out there and the ones that are out make my eyeballs ache.

Remakes
Wild wild west with will smith. the honeymooners with cedric the entertainer. The pink panther with  Steve martin. Battlestar galactica with a completely gendered changed cast. Hollywood comeon!! have you ran out of ideas already? Are we trapped in such a rut where we need to come up with remakes? I mean i am hearing music now where the background is music i heard back in the 80's now i am re watching movies i have seen before.  Can we comeup with some new material? please!!
Ok i am done.. got to get back to work!! this is just a few things that get uner my skin when i shellout 8 dollars for a movie. You want to do something new? in the concession stand sell vomit bags. This way we dont have to mess up the floors watching the garbage we keep seeing getting rehashed over and over and over and over and.....................
