Sam Thurman, Cliff Stewart and Lisa Stewart of the Colorado exoneration firm A Just Cause, discuss what happens when the wheels of justice trample unbridled over the rights of innocent Americans.  

Our Special Guest for tonight's show is Michael Nerheim, Lake County State's Attorney in Waukegan, Illinois. After taking office, he created a Case Review Board, who are volunteer legal professionals sworn in as Special Assistant State’s Attorneys separate from the State’s Attorney’s Office. As an independent review board, their duty is to focus on the issue of wrongful convictions and to review cases where a defendant’s innocence is suggested.
