Every one appears to be an expert on diet, exercise and all other things that influence health. However, wellness is more like a science than an art. I am here to hopefully clear up this misunderstanding that even most experts possess . Unfortunately, the science behind wellness is complex and requires a bit of biochemical knowledge to achieve understanding.
