Now whenever you're enrolling to a Medicare plan, you need to consider the hospital, because eventually you're going to be going to a specifically designated hospital to get surgery or treatment, and you need to make sure you are able to properly select the type of hospital or the type of facility that you want. 


So one of the elements that you need to take into consideration when you enroll into any type of Medicare program, is you have to have some type of analysis of eventually where would you be going to the hospital.


Remember this exercise about looking into the future, well you need to look into the future, and foresee the situation where you would be going into the hospital, and this exercise is going to help you visualize the type of service that you're going to be getting.


One way to visualize the future is to do an exercise and look into the past and look at the different hospitals that you have been in your life, either because you were hospitalized or you visited or attended a relative, or people that you knew in a specific hospital and think that if you would like to have that type of treatment, would you got to that hospital?  So with this looking backwards/looking forward exercise, you're going to be very rapidly be able to make an assessment about what type of hospital you want to make sure is participating with your plan .
