Dr. Toni Ginés-Rivera

Dr. Toni Ginés-Rivera is one of the amazing women in my new book Aim High. Dr. Ginés-Rivera has an incredible story of a very difficult childhood of being sexually abused at a very young age and becoming pregnant at 14. She went on to defy the odds and got her GED at 40 then went on to get her Masters and just finished her PhD. Her story will inspire you to look beyond your current circumstance and to Aim High and Dream Big! Dr.Toni Ginés-Rivera has learned that her suffering is what God uses to prepare and groom us to be a beacon of light for others who may be suffering in the same way she did. Through her journey of inner healing, Toni has been able to find peace, joy, and purpose by forgiving her abuser and advocates for this same healing in those that come across her path. She lives in Westchester County NY, and has been married for 34 years. She has 3 grown children and she has also raised 2 of her nieces.
