Sorry the technology flummoxed me -- could not figure out how to use voice comment when the time came. I do applaud folks at Poison Pen Press for this pioneering conference, especially as commercial travel becomes more problematic.

Ann, I read an Elizabeth Peters book that I thought could be a bit of a cozy thriller because it had a lot of chase scenes and high-paced car stuff but still had many of the cozy elements in it.

One thing that frightens me about creating a sub genre of "cozy thriller" is that it seems to play to the need in modern times for a fast-pace, high action, etc. which I suspect publishers would love. But that could put more traditional cozies (which do not have to be light & fluffy) on the back burner and harder to sell and harder for readers who like them to find them. What do you(s) think?
