Dr. P.M. Forni, Civility Expert

A professor, author and co-founder of Johns Hopkins Civility Project, Dr. Forni will discuss the three principles of civility, the connection between image and civility, how to deal with rudeness, and other aspects of civility in daily life. Dr. Forni will be interviewed by AICI's Yasmin Anderson-Smith, Chair of the AICI Civility Project Committee, and Pamela Judd, AICI International Secretary/Philanthropy Chair and Board Liaison to the Committee.
