Yes, it's been a little bit of a hiatus but I'm back to give you my take on a recent blog post I wrote which caused a little bit of a "TIF" in the sales professional community.....so I've decided to explain myself. I've believed for a long time that salespeople spend way to much time pushing their product first before solidifying a different approach to the saying "Customer Value". I'm going to pontificate for at least 30 minutes on why you should establish "Customer Value" first before selling your product.....I hope you can join me to hear me out.
