I've always been somebody who has always believed in the philosophy of being an expert in "The Basics". The sales profession prides itself on creating value for the customer and getting that sell, however, what's missing is "How" the sell was gained and what we can learn from that process. Tonight's show is just my thought's on last night's show on how we can encourage our sales profession brethren to re-look at how they sell and embrace the importance of learning/expertising the basics!
