This is a huge topic as of recent we've seen failures at the highest levels of "Leadership" (i.e. BP Oil Spill, Cruise Concordia Ship Catastrophe, Enron etc etc). During this show we'll relate many of the examples of leadership failure when dealing with "Crisis" to the sales profession. There is an appropriate/effective way of handling a "Crisis and we'll examine the different ways and ask that you call in and share with us your recipe of handling a "Crisis at the highest level.
