Is the down low still an issue within black communities? Yes! Brothers still got too much pride and can't say that they have sex with women AND men. I know there is a negative stigma with being gay, but there is not one with being HONEST. Why put another person's life in danger? You don't want to wear condoms, you don't want to tell the truth?
