As someone who has no experience whatsoever with social services I found this segment quite informative. However, having experienced bad service at PennDOT's department of motor vehicles I have an idea what it's like.

I just had to come in and comment.. amen!! I went to get info about welfare once, ONCE. Once was all it took. The guy was such a condescending, jerky-actin' little snit that I walked out into the street, paid my rent on cash advance, and said I would rather starve or go to a food bank before I would EVER go back there.
