Hello again, I just discovered your comment to me about what a great relationship I have with my sons...thank you very much...I am listening to your show right now...And although I never had postpartum depression, I know MANY women, both personally and professionally, who suffered in silence with that condition...My experience is quite the opposite and I feel my best right after having a baby...So much so that at 54 I am considering doing it again !!! I am still able to bear a child, but am considering adoption...2009 will be an interesting year...Blessings to both of you...Love and Peace, Mary Ellen ( The Psychic Cocktail Hour )....

If we don’t take our own health care into our own hands, we are destined to be human guinea pigs for the pharmaceutical companies, and die out as a race. People are starting to see, that their health is in their own hands. As a human race we are waking up and as Wellness Industry professionals, we are going to educate. We are appalled at those who are so narrow minded as to think the vast majority has no brain of their own. The medical pharmaceutical sickness industry relies on public ignorance. Without public ignorance, the medical pharmaceutical sickness industry would fail because there would be less sick people. The sickness industry only survives if they can insure that there will be a supply of sick people and to continue that, they must get rid of the competition, which is the Wellness industry. Tune in and find out how all of us in the Wellness Industry are not only fighting back, but we are winning the battle.

The Aging Younger Show where the alternatives matter. When we started research two decades ago, fibromyalgia was so commonly missed by the medical sickness industry. By the time the average person was finally diagnosed in the sickness industry, they had been seeing various physicians for many years. Today, the pendulum seems to have swung the opposite way in the medical sickness industry, and it’s likely that a lot of people are being misdiagnosed with this condition and are being treated with dangerous drugs just to mask the symptoms and pain. It has unfortunately become a convenient catch-all for a variety of complaints in the pharmaceutical sickness industry. However, there’s no doubt that fibromyalgia is a very real, painful, and sometimes debilitating health condition one that in our opinion, should always be treated in the wellness industry, with or natural to the body substances and treatments such as acupuncture and certainly not with synthetic drugs. Usually these locations of fibromyalgia pain are symmetrical, so you’ll have pain equally present on both sides of your body. Experiencing significant pain when someone presses on those areas, on both sides, is an indication of fibromyalgia. It’s estimated that 2 to 4 percent of the U.S. population has fibromyalgia, and nine out of 10, are women. The typical treatment strategy you will likely be offered, if seen by a conventional medical sickness industry physician, is some form of pain medication, and perhaps psychotropic drugs like antidepressants. We don’t recommend either of them because they do not address the cause of your problem in any way shape or form, and do present a whole new set of problems. Treatments should be, improving the sleep cycle, improving Vitamin-D levels and the essential saccharides with our poly ionic saccharide complex and walking in the early morning sunlight. Adding weight strength exercises and improving IGF-1 in the system can be helpful along with acupuncture for imm

The Aging Younger Show where the alternatives matter. Mineral deficient people do not feel satisfied after eating a full meal. One of the most important concepts of nutrition is that, like cars, humans need proper fuel to operate efficiently. In the same way that a car needs gasoline, we need food to provide us with energy and essential nutrients to fuel all of our daily activities. When we are mineral deficient, our bodies do not work as efficiently as they should and we begin to not feel well and gain unhealthy weight. There are six classes of nutrients, including carbohydrates, protein, fat, vitamins, minerals, and water. Because proper nutrition is so important, we need to have at least a basic understanding of nutritional concepts in order to remain healthy and balanced.

The Aging Younger Show where the alternatives matter. The causation of obesity, diabetes, coronary heart disease, arthritis, neurological disease and illness, are from the poor choices we make in life. Poor choices create increased cravings for the consumption of more manmade toxic products, furthering the downward spiral toward poor health, illness and disease. Lack of education of complex carbs and simple cards are also feeding this downward spiral. Why do you think that even some people who work out and say they eat healthy, still can’t shed those excess pounds? 25 feet of intestine, over time, are lined with toxic deposits from our poor choices and from what we put into our body; causing poor absorption of nutrients. Listen to our Aging Younger Radio Program, and learn how to reverse this trend and extend your quality and quantity of life.
