People in Western cultures consume far too many carbohydrates on average and natural un-processed protein is vital for health, which is difficult to find in grocery stores. Protein is formed by a linked chain of amino acids, which are necessary for your body to maintain and repair damage to its muscles and it helps you lose fat and balance hormones.
