In the beginning there were only three big lifestyle factors that endangered health, and those being, smokers, and being overweight and lack of workouts or activity. Now there is a fourth and that is adding the correct amount of good sunray (UV-B) to your daily lifestyle to improve health and to remain healthy. Constantly blocking the sun from the skin, be it staying out of the sun, or the over-use of sunscreen has a devastating effect on the body's Vitamin D level.
