Drugs and Your Teen

Michael J. Talley and Gianni DeVincenti Hayses, PhD, wrote the book titled Drugs and your teen. This magnificent book comes from life experiences and an action plan put together to save, not only themselves, but to insure that the same things do not infect their children. 

One of the anonymous friends was quoted in the book: Kip struggled with getting clean. He couldn't figure out why he could not get clean and stay clean. He was crying from being dope sick and fed up and tired of living like that. He had a check in his hand but could not cash it until morning and he needed it to get "well". He really did not want to get high anymore, but he felt he could not stop. He chose the only way out, which was to end it all right then.
