One of the biggest problems in America today is lack of activity. We know it's good for us but we avoid it like the plague either because we're used to being sedentary or afraid that exercise has to be vigorous to be worth our time and we just don’t START. The truth is, movement is movement and the more you do, the healthier you'll be and, the easier it becomes. Even moderate activities like chores, gardening and walking can make a difference.

Just adding a little movement to your life can help extend it. And who knows, you may find that I am right and you begin to like so much, that you do it more often--robbing the widow maker of another victim.   And when you add the right kind of amino acids to your diet, you will start to see profound results.  Don’t count on the mass advertising of some diet program brought to you by some actor, health is simply consistency and we want to help you see how easy it can be, tune in Wednesday May 16, 2012 at 7PM est. to Aging Younger.
