Ms DiTucci founded DomainAvenue.com in 1996 with a lean business model, "to outsource all products and services whenever possible." Her commitment to "the end result" helped her build long established partner programs with supporting service companies. Her ability to commit to a project, see it through to completion and her single-minded perseverant manner were keys to her online success in the domain registration industry. She enjoyed working at McKinsey & Company’s (NY Office) where she read everything she could in their massive library then applied what she learned to her own businesses, When the consultants she reported to left for Europe, they left with her in tow. She coordinated their projects for nine years after they left McKinsey. While working for that consulting group she lived in New York, Germany, Oslo & Trondheim, Norway, St. Petersburg, Russia, Tokyo and Osaka, Japan and London, England. She felt working in the Baltic was her most rewarding experience. Ms DiTucci is fluent in English and Spanish and has a sound comprehension of all romance languages. She has been travel writing while building small businesses for two decades. DiTucci built a domain and hosting company (www.DomainAvenue.com) sold it to Wyith in Hong Kong where it continues to flourish. She is retired and teaches software applications. She is certified in 4 Adult Education subjects by the University of the State of New York Department of Education and is currently teaching Microsoft Software Applications at Brevard Community College in Florida as a volunteer for RSVP (retired senior volunteer program).
