The Aging Younger Show where the alternatives matter. Everything in the physical world is in a state of constant change. In terms of our health, this means that at every moment in time, our body is either moving toward health, or away from it. If our body is experiencing a metabolic problem caused by our poor choices in nutrition, water we consume, our lack of physical or mental exercise or our improper breathing habits, the longer we wait to address our poor habits, the more serious the outcome can become. Help has arrived and it is in the form of our next Wednesday Nov 4, Aging Younger program. When we have not experienced any symptoms, we can happily continue our poor habits and believe we are invincible until the fear strikes us, or, we can educate ourselves today and become pro-active and therefore prevent disease.
