The Three most important Acts concerning US citizens:

1.  Property: Appears 1 Time in Original Constitution

US Constitution: Article. IV. Section. 3. Clause 2.
The Congress shall have Power to dispose of and make all needful Rules and Regulations respecting the Territory or other Property belonging
to the United States; and nothing in this Constitution shall be so construed as to Prejudice any Claims of the United States, or of any particular State.

2. Commerce: Appears Twice in Original Constitution


US Constitution: Article. I. Section. 8.
3-To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian Tribes;

3.  Jurisdiction: Appears Four Times in Original Constitution

Note: Article I, section 2, of the Constitution was modified by section 2 of the 14th amendment.
Section 1.
All persons born or naturalized in the United States,
and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.
