Solutions Radio Welcomes New Artist Radio Co-Owner TMC

Who would have thought that a worldwide internet radio phenomenon could have been born in the town of Woodword, Oklahoma. pop. 15,000. Well it's true. 10 years ago "TMC", our guest and "Dark" her partner in crime launched on of the first internet radio stations called New Artist Radio and they haven't stopped since. With Dark as the high tech wizard and TMC as an enchanting Southern Belle ( She is originally from Kentucky) the company took off at a time when the traditions of the music industry were under attack by companies like Napster and MP3 technology . It is a compliment to TMC and Dark that New Artist Radio has weathered the storm all these years. The reason seems to be that they really care about the music and the artists behind the music. The duo and their trusty dog "Sam I Am" have promoted the careers of countless music artists but among them Dave Mendenhall, The Ron Brown Band, Cindy Lu and Edie Foy. After moving the company to Utah three years ago they have even helped one of the Osmond clan! TMC was rasied in a musical family and had seen first hand how tough it was for great artist to have a voice. New Artist Radio's mission was out to even the playing field for those artist that didn't have the backing of a "Major Label". NAR's first show was called "New Artist Radio Top 10" and over the years shows have come and gone. Currently the station which is "ON AIR" 24/7 365 Days a Year boasts a roster of 15 original hour length shows and the rest of the is a mix of genres all originally written and performed by Artist that have submitted their music to NAR for airplay.
