Spiritual abuse is the process of misrepresenting an established order for the deliberate or radical purpose of compelling another to  routinely think submissively and passively act until the central core of who they are is no longer in their control but in the agent's.

Unlike other types of abuse, a state of spiritual abuse is the primary disorder in the collective human neurosis. That is, if spiritual abuse were "color" all other abuses - namely, sexual abuse, Substance abuse, emotional, spousal abuse, child abuse, religious abuse, etc would be types of color such as red, blue, yellow etc. Spiritual abuse cannot be self inflicting. It is always conducted by an agent and must be routinely performed over a period of time. The purpose or outcome of spiritual abuse can be observed in slavery, terrorism, suicides, prostitutions, corruption, murder, mental illness, bullying and other states of unconscious consequential action.
