In this discussion we will look at access to and impact of numerous ICTs on young people. Are these technologies reaching the majority of populations that can benefit from them the most; that need them the most? How have these technologies impacted us negatively, how can we make this impact more positive? How can we continue learning, supporting, and empowering young people to leverage the transformative potential of ICTs, in order to promote and effectively contribute to equitable, and sustainable, socioeconomic development?
