Over the next several months critical presidential elections will be held all around the world -- the United States and Sierra Leone in the beginning of November, Ghana in December, and Zimbabwe sometime before the end of the year.
Two weeks ago we discussed the amazing difference, in many African countries, between the number of young people who come out to vote and the number of older people who do.
On this program, we ask: why are young people in some countries so apathetic? What are their reasons for abandoning the poll when it is one of the best ways to make their voice heard? And what are possible solutions to mobilize youth to the polls, to vote for leaders that they believe in?
