Women’s health ranges from that of external health like that of pregnancy to internal factors like that of mental health. Many issues challenge a women’s well being in this day in age like that of breast cancer, nutrition, violence against women, body image, HIV/AIDS, and aging. It is vital to a woman’s survival to have access to adequate health care as well as be knowledgeable on what is needed for owns own care. Not only are there so many factors that go into leaving a healthy lifestyle but there are also issues as to raising awareness about the primary need for universal health care. In this program we will not only pick up from previous programming geared to women’s health but will add the importance of healthy thinking and how it can be achieved. Education bolsters the ability of the individual to understand and act on his/her well-being. It is important to stop crime, ignorance, and the lack of acceptance but it is even more necessary to cultivate a foundation of knowledge and a fruitful mentality. In order to do so we will explore necessary tools for a women’s wellbeing.
