It’s been said we should forgive people for their transgressions against us, be it our loved ones or strangers. It sounds easier said than done in most cases. But what’s even more difficult is forgiving yourself when you’ve wronged someone. There has to be some give and take when forgiving yourself, or you can be subject to living in a world of guilt and shame.
