I did not get a promotion because I had locks, in a company where over 50 % of the people buying the product in ATL where African Centric, We need to respect our right to our culture, The Mgr, refused to allow a Sales Mgr from Kenya to wear her Ethnic Kenyan clothes? That isa against the dam law of this country! What's up with that? Hell there used to be a time where you couldn't get a job unless you put chemicals in your hair!
