The death of contemporary organizations.

The old pyrimidal organizational structure is on it's death bed. Soon, it will be gone, finished, and a ghost of the past. Why is this the case ? Well, as one whose seen this coming for many years, my opinions have changed. I once believed that black organizations biggest obstacle outside of the white power structure is the uncle tom. Not true. Then, for many years, I put my crosshairs on people that have so-called " made it. " They are NOT to blame for the failings of organizations to effectively change the conditions of black people. I've never hated my own people, so I've never placed too much blame upon the " inner city " crowd. At the present, I believe that the death of organizations that could have done so much for black America is due to the rank and file members in these organizations. Stipulation politics and control freaks are destroying all of them. If they are not purged from the ranks of who has influence upon our communities, " honey bee " models of leadership will form. Only institutions and organizations whose members ALL have leadership responsibilities will survive.
