Is a " DL " boogie man responsible for female HIV stats ?

Well, no. A new study reveals that the rate of HIV/AIDS diagnoses among black females now rivals that of some African countries such as Kenya. Unfortunate, many people ( men and women ) embrace simple and fallacious answers that don't really address complex questions. For years, Oprah sucessfully convinced gullable men and women that so-called " DL " men were the culprit. Those of us who've made keen observations during our lives know that this explanation far from being accurate. In fact, this belief is dangerous if a woman thinks she can somehow " tell if some man is gay. " Could it be that, in some instances, narcissist belief systems created by pop culture discourage the notion that women, like men, are responsible for the decisons that they make ? Is the aforementioned epidemic due, in part, to irresponsible sexual behavior ? Is it physically easier for a woman contract HIV than it is for a man ( yes, it is ). The answer is quite abvious.
