Hello folks and thank you for joining me for the ADR-NOW! Internet Radio Webinar.  I am your host, Anthony Johnson.

In this Webinar, we will continue our focus on foreclosure preparation in the event a homeowner is called before a judge to answer questions in regards to a response to a foreclosure suit, a request for an Injunction, or a hearing on a particular proceeding in a foreclosure suit.

Reconciling interests rather than positions works for two reasons.  First, for every interest there usually exists several possible positions that could satisfy it.  And, two, reconciling interests rather than compromising between positions also works because behind opposed positions lie many more interests than conflicting ones.  You will satisfy your interests better if you talk about where you would like to go rather than about where you have come from.  Thus, instead of focusing on what your lender may have done wrong in their efforts to foreclose, talk about what you would like to happen moving forward.

For more information on how to effectively negotiate with your lender, contact A. Johnson & Associates, LLC at 888-502-0586, or www.adr-now.com.
