In this episode, we will talk about a "triple pass solution" for foreclosure. If you are one of the millions of homeowners who may have received a Lis Pendens, Notice of Default or Notice of Sale, and was able to stop your home from being taken by the greedy lenders, you may qualify for what I call a TRIPLE PLAY SOLUTION! The solution is as follows:
1. Stop the sale of your home because you have uncovered evidence of robo-signed documents, faulty REMIC trust information, or fraudulent Assignment of Mortgage.
2. Present this information to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and Federal Reserve Board of Governors via the Independent Foreclosure Review process for monetary compensation. (You only have until December 31, 2012 to file your claim)
3. File a petition for Quiet Title. Use the evidence you have obtained from Steps 1 and 2 above to include in your petition to Quiet Title on your home. (No one will challenge you because you have already uncovered the false and fraudulent documents during the foreclosure process and the Trustee/Lender/Servicer will not try to submit the false documents again in efforts to ascertain clear title! Clear title cannot be gotten by fraud!)
