Hello folks, and thank you once again for tuning in to the ADR-NOW! Internet Radio Webinar.  I am your host, Anthony Johnson.

In this episode, we will talk about how you can file a petition for Quiet Title if you have been the victim of a proposed foreclosure, and managed to uncover documentation of robo-signing, fraudulent Assignment of Mortgage, false and pejured substitution of ownership of a mortgage and note, and many other violations of state and federal law.

I have seen many cases where homeowners were the object of foreclosure with a target on their backs, but were able to wiggle out of the way with the assistance of our Foreclosure Dispute Resolution E-Training Manual.  The e-training manual is a step-by-step guide to the foreclosure resolution process and will teach you how to search the SEC documents of your mortgage trust and uncover a plethora of violations that have occurred along the way.  If you have managed to uncover evidence that your lender, servicer, or trustee, does not have standing to bring the foreclosure suit, then, you may be entitled to Quiet title.

Give us a call at A. Johnson & Associates, LLC, 888-502-0586 or visit our website at www.adr-now.com for more information.
